Super easy

For travelers who want to have a fun. Who capable to walk 1-2 hours a day. It is suitable for families with children (from 7-9 years old and above). 

You need to be healthy. You should be able to pass 2-5 km and overcome the elevation changes to 300 m. If you have an experience in hiking or cycling. You need to carry minimal staff (water, dinner, camera, raincoat). You prefer comfortable accommodation conditions.

Easy

For those who want to explore new horizons and cultures. Who capable to walk from 3-5 hours per day and has not difficulties in climbing.

You need to be healthy. You can walk from 5 -10 km and overcome the elevation changes over 500 meters above the sea level. If you have already swum, gone on hike, cycled and continue doing it now.

It is not difficult for you to carry a minimal staff (water, lunch, camera, raincoat). You prefer comfortable accommodation conditions.

You lead a sportive lifestyle: walking, cycling, swimming ...

Middle

For active hikers, who are open for changes and new environment.

Capable to walk from 5 to 7 hours per day at a time, starting their journey from the early morning. If you ready to walk without frequent stops. Equipment must be tested in advance, the footwear too.

You are in a good physical fit. If you do physical training 2-3 times per week (with physical activity). If you have experience of mountain hikes (not necessarily).

If you capable to walk from 10 to 15 km and overcome elevation changes from 500 to 800 m above the sea level.

If you are an experienced cyclist, you can switch gears, brake, control a bicycle on the descents, and most importantly you can finish 30-40 km way a day. If you are ready to live in houses, tents, yurts. It’s not difficult for you to carry bag with personal things, water and lunch.

2 months before departure, you should train your endurance by walking, jogging, swimming, cycling.

Hard

Suitable for well-trained hikers, able to walk from 6 to 8 hours for several days at a time. Ready for significant elevation changes. Trekking  routes with a guide can pass through high-altitude areas, glaciers and poorly marked trails.

You should be in a great physical fit, by training the body, over the year. If you can go from 15 to 20 km and overcome the elevation changes from 800 to 1200 meters above the sea level and same for several days. If you are an experienced cyclist who previously participated in various bike tours.  You should be ready to live in houses, tents, alpine camps, changeable weather conditions (cold nights).

You are a good candidate for our tour if 3 or 4 months before departure you practiced: hiking, jogging, swimming or cycling (at least 2 times a week).

Expert

Suitable for athletes, climbers, wishing to challenge their endurance, improve physical skills and sports achievements. The program involves climbing the glaciers and trekking in the highlands. Therefore, you need professional equipment skills: the technique of working with rope, ice axes, climbing crampons, and area orientation in bad weather.

During the route you have to be ready for the impact of altitude (more than 5000 meters), overcoming difficult areas (snow slopes, steep screes).

You should be in a great physical fit. If you have intensely done sport all the year. If you are able to pass from 6 to 10 hours and overcome the elevation changes from 800 and 2000 meters per day for 15 consecutive days. You should have an experience in the mountain trekking and climbing the glaciers. You need to have skills in this discipline.

You should be ready to sleep in tents for several days, with standing severe climatic conditions. You are a professional cyclist, able to overcome long distances with difficult terrain. you ready to carry a backpack weighing not less than 10 - 14 kg with individual things and equipment.

You are a good candidate for our tour if you regularly practice (jogging, swimming or cycling at least 3 times a week), and have also trekking on any areas with different elevation changes.
