Ayran - healthy beverage of the ancient nomads. In its composition, it resembles a thick yoghurt. It is prepared exclusively of the cow warm milk with a fermentation. Ayran is often used for non-waste production, as it is often made from skimmed milk. To facilitate transport and storage the Kyrgyz shepherds seizing strained ayran prepare syuzmo. By adding water to syuzmo one obtains a refreshing chalap drink. Ayran is well liked by children and adults alike as a diversity of dairy products.
