The main difference between kolchatai and beshbarmak is a dough serving, a thinly sliced layers of dough. It is Incredibly tasty, hearty dish, which is prepared from boiled mutton, beef, lamb or Yak meat. The meat is boiled in a pot, and then it should be removed to dry plate and chopped. Then cut dough is boiled in the broth. 

After the dough is prepared, it is put on the plate and on top is put the cooked meat with a special sauce called chyk. Chyk gives a unique taste. The sauce is prepared from onion boiled in the broth. The broth is served apart in the special plate called "kese".
